We deal only in branded medical and surgical products, which are non-returnable. Please read product descriptions and FAQs carefully before placing an order.
Sterile products and free items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
All products undergo strict manufacturer quality checks and an additional physical check before dispatch.
Claims for damage will be accepted only if the buyer provides a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Photos alone are not considered valid proof.
If the package is visibly damaged on delivery, the customer must refuse to accept it and notify us via email within 1 hour of delivery/rejection.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to all policies of vaishanavsurgical.com.
If a package is returned due to refusal or non-acceptance:
Courier companies charge 1.5 times the original forward shipping cost for returns.
A deduction of Rs. 250 minimum per shipment OR Rs. 100 per kg (whichever is higher) will be applied before refund.
These charges are levied by the courier; Vaishanav Surgical Co. does not profit from them.
We strongly advise customers not to reject shipments once placed.
No exchanges are permitted on medical products.
No partial returns are allowed for multi-item orders—if the category falls under "No Return," the entire order remains non-returnable.
Returns/replacements are not supported in the following cases:
Request made after 1 day of delivery.
Product used, damaged, or not in original condition.
Medical/surgical/diagnostic instruments, kits, dressing tools, scissors, retractors, consumables.
Products covered by manufacturer warranty (to be serviced directly).
Products with missing/tampered serial numbers or scratches.
In short: All medical instruments and kits are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
You can cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If returned due to consignee rejection, a deduction of Rs. 250/- or actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) applies.
Orders placed through EMI cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the bank.
If forced to cancel, charges will be the higher of Rs. 250/- or 6% of order value.
Cancellation requests (before shipment) are processed within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are released within 5–7 business days (via bank transfer) or 7–10 business days (if processed back to source account).
Customer must share bank details since we do not store card/bank information.
